If you are curious about Human Systems Dynamics Institute, please check out www.hsdinstitute.org There you can explore the many methods and models developed to explain complex adaptive systems and the way they work in the world.

Adaptive action, inquiry, pattern spotting, generative engagement are among the models and methods I work with.  They are described in great detail there.

Dr. Glenda Eoyang, founder and Executive Director of the Institute, located in Circle Pines, Minnesota, is my mentor. Royce Holliday, the Director of Services, is another of my colleagues.  Both write and present regularly on their Web Site.  The Institute offers free Live Video Webinars monthly, along with a set of consulting services.
